1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Listing and inventory data: the photos, titles, descriptions, prices, categories, sizes, item details, and other content you add, and the marketplaces you select.

Marketplace connections: authorization tokens or session credentials you connect so the Service can act on your behalf, and basic account identifiers (such as a marketplace username).

Usage and settings: your preferences, pricing and shipping rules, automation settings and activity, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Square. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details such as subscription status.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Service, including generating listings with AI, crosslisting, automation, analytics, and account management.

To process your subscription and payments, and to communicate with you about your account, billing, security, and updates.

To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, the photos and details you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (for example, Google Gemini) to generate suggested listing content. We use these providers only to provide the feature to you. Do not submit content you are not permitted to share.

4. How We Share Information

With marketplaces you choose, to create, update, or manage your listings and perform the actions you configure.

With service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, database, AI, payment processing, email, analytics, error monitoring), under obligations to protect your information.

For legal reasons, such as to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.

In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we must keep it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can view and update your account information, disconnect marketplace connections, and adjust automation and other settings at any time. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your associated data (subject to limited retention required by law).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@refliper.com.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
